Festive-ready: Realme XT with 64MP quad-camera system launched at Rs 15,999
The tech company also unveiled the Realme Buds Wireless and powerbank.

Chinese smartphone manufacturer Realme, on Friday, unveiled its XT smartphone in India, almost two weeks after its global launch.
Realme XT is the company's third quad-camera phone, after Realme 5 and 5 Pro. It is being touted as the country's first smartphone to come with a 64MP quad-camera system.
Part of the company's premium Realme X Series, the new smartphone comes with a glass back, FHD+ amoled display and also features an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It has a 16MP f2.0 front shooter with Sony IMX471 sensor, same as the Realme X and OnePlus 7. Coming with a 4,000mAh battery, the device also supports VOOC 3.0 fast charging.
The smartphone comes with a Digital Wellbeing feature that understands usage patterns and suggests app functions.

Android 10 will come to the phone in the first quarter of next year.

Targetting the festive season in the country, the company said that 64,000 units of phone will be available for sale within 64 hours of launch, i.e. September 16. There is also an introductory first sale offer of a 6-month one-time free screen replacement.
To make the most of the festive shopping, the company also introduced the Realme Buds Wireless. Weighing 30 gm with skin-friendly silicon gel, they come with 11.2mm Bass Boost driver.

The Realme Buds Wireless are water resistant and come with Bluetooth 5 support and 3 button control. The wireless earbuds, available in yellow, green and orange colour options, promise up to 12 hours of music playback. On charging 10 minutes users will get 100 minutes play time.

They offer Bluetooth 5 support with 3 button control, IPX4 splash resistance, and are priced at Rs 1799.
The company also launched its powerbank with 10,000mAh high-density lithium battery, that support up to 18W fast charging with both USB Type A and Type-C ports at Rs 1,299. The powerbank lets users charge multiple devices at the same time.

LG Electronics Inc. introduced its new flagship smartphone with a dual-screen at the tech event. Targetting the audience for foldable devices, the Korean electronics maker did its own take by adding a screen to the phone instead of working on one that folds.
The device comes with a 6.4-inch display with a waterdrop cut out and dual rear cameras. The detachable second display has a cover screen on the back to show the date and time. It runs on Qualcomm's Snapdragon 855 processor and has a 4,000mAh battery.
