After a stunning wedding in Lake Como, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone hosted a glittering reception in the actress's hometown, Bengaluru at The Leela hotel.
The actress kept her look traditional in a gold Kanjeevarm saree gifted to her by her parents, Prakash and Ujjala Padukone, from Bengaluru's Angadi Galleria - the same store that created the saree for her Konkani wedding ceremony. She was styled by designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee. Padukone paired the saree with a white blouse, and completed the look with a pearl necklace, an emerald choker, earrings, and her chooda. The 'Piku' actress opted for layers of gajra in her hair that was tied in a bun and vermilion.
Singh opted for a Rohit Bal black, embroidered sherwani and matching juttis for the reception.
It was all smiles and love as the couple greeted guests; Singh even helped Padukone adjust her saree as the duo posed for the shutterbugs.

Badminton star PV Sindhu, and former cricketer Anil Kumble along with wife Chethana Ramatheertha were among guest at the reception. Sindhu opted for a lilac suit; Kumble was dressed in a blue suit, while Ramatheertha paired her pink saree with a white Sabyasachi clutch.

Deepika's connection with the world of badminton is not limited to her father who has been a World No. 1 shuttler, rather the actress too played at the state level before turning to modelling and Bollywood.

Earlier in the day, the couple kept it casual in black and grey as they left for the hotel from the Padukone residence. The actress, known to be a perfectionist, was later spotted overseeing the preparations at the hotel in a black sweatshirt and tights paired with white sneakers.
The wedding was an extremely private affair with only close family and friends in attendance, however, the couple has planned three receptions, one in Bengaluru and two in Mumbai to celebrate their nuptials.

On returning to Mumbai, the Bhavnanis will host a reception on November 28 for their family and friends, and the couple will also celebrate with B-town at a black tie bash on December 1. Both the functions will take place at Grand Hyatt, Mumbai.
The 'Padmaavat' actors tied the knot in two gorgeous ceremonies last week in Italy, after dating for six years.
