Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone returned to the country, on Sunday, in matching gold and red outfits after their Lake Como wedding. The couple was greeted by fans at the airport before they left for Singh's house where a traditional greh pravesh ceremony was organised.

Even as fans wait for the couple to host their wedding receptions, in Bengalaru (on Wednesday) and Mumbai (Nov 28), more pictures from their intimate Italian nuptials have started doing the rounds on social media.



In a picture of the couple with Ranveer's family after their Konkani wedding ceremony, Padukone is seen holding mother-in-law Anju Bhavnani's hand.

More pictures from the private affair, that only played host to the actors' families, close friends, and their teams, have also gone viral, including this one of the 'Padmaavat' stars with Deepika's friends.

Vandana Mohan's The Wedding Design Company responsible for planning the event also posted pictures with the bride and groom.


The official photographer for the wedding, Mark Swaroop - an alumnus of Bengaluru's Christ college, also posted a picture with his team from Lake Como.

Last week, the actors tied the knot at the luxurious Villa del Balbiano in a Konkani ceremony (Nov 14) and a Sindhi wedding (Nov 15).

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone tied the knot in a gorgeous wedding on the banks of Lake Como, six years after they started dating. The actors met, and fell in love, on the sets of 'Ram Leela', their first film together.

The wedding was an extremely private and intimate affair, with only close family and friends making it to the guest list.

The first of the two ceremonies planned, a Konkani wedding took place today at Villa del Balbianello - a lakeside mansion featured in 'Star Wars' and 'James Bond' films. A Sindhi wedding will take place on Thursday.

The 700-year-old venue was decked up with white roses for the ceremony.

Guests were ferried to the venue by Galli Giacomo & C. boat service. Padukone's mother, Ujjala, was spotted in a silk saree with a floral bun to complete her look.

The guests are all reportedly staying at the luxurious Casta Diva Resort & Spa located in the village of Blevio on the shores of Lake Como.

The 'Piku' actress opted for a red lehenga and a dupatta with 'Sada Saubhagyavati Bhava' written on it, completing her traditional look with chooda and kalire. Singh was colour-coordinated in a sherwani and turban in the same also hues.

Ranveer Singh's stylist Nitasha Gaurav revealed that the weather forecast for the day had was cloudy with a chance of rain, but luckily for the couple the sky cleared up, giving them a sunny wedding day.
