Tropical Escape

Ingredients
White rum: 60 ml
Grapefruit juice: 60 ml
Lime juice: 10 ml
Sugar syrup: 10 ml

Sour mix: 60 ml
Elderflower syrup: 5 ml
Bitters
Fresh grapefruit and edible flowers: To garnish

Method
- Mix all the ingredients in a shaker with ice
- Serve in a rock glass
- Garnish with a piece of fresh grapefruit and edible flowers

French Daiquiri

Ingredients
Dark rum: 60 ml
Fresh sage leaves: 4-6

Lime juice: 10 ml
Sugar syrup: 10 ml
Sour mix: 60 ml
Bitters

Garnish:
1 fresh Basil leaf
Dehydrated lemon

Method
- Muddle fresh Sage leaves
- Pour the ingredients in a shaker and mix vigorously
- Serve in a Martini Glass
- Garnish with fresh Sage leaf

* Dehydrate lemons with bitters

Hurricane

Ingredients
Dark rum: 45 ml
Amaretto: 15 ml
Pineapple juice: 60 ml
Orange juice: 60 ml
Lime juice: 10 ml
Passion fruit syrup: 10 ml
Grenadine syrup: 5 ml

For Garnish
Fresh Pineapple
Cherry

Method
- Mix all ingredients in a shaker and shake vigorously with ice
- Pour and serve mixture in a beer glass
- Garnish with a piece of fresh pineapple and a cherry

Fresh Red Currant & Basil Mojito

Ingredients
Dark rum: 60 ml
Red currant: 6-8
Fresh mint leaves: 8-10
Lime Juice: 10 ml
Sugar syrup: 10 ml

For Garnish
Fresh Red Currant
Mint Leaves

Method
- Muddle mint and red currant
- Mix all the other ingredients in a shaker
- Pour and serve in a jar
- Garnish with fresh red currant and mint
