The next generation of Apple smartphones, the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will offer a massive redesign that replaces the notch with a punch-hole cutout.
The tech giant Apple recently launched its iPhone 13 series at a virtual event and now there are already talks about the brand's next series, iPhone 14 Pro. According to reports, Apple is planning to replace the outdated notch design with a punch-hole cutout with iPhone 14 Pro models.

According to top Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the next generation of Apple smartphones, the iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max will offer a massive redesign that replaces the notch with a punch-hole cutout. The reports further reveal that both Pro models are said to offer 48MP wide cameras.

The iPhone 14 series are reported to launch in the second half of 2022. According to reports, the 2022 iPhone lineup will also include a new 6.7-inch non-Pro iPhone to complement the standard vanilla model.

However, so far there's no mention of a mini model for next year which corroborates previous speculations that Apple will ditch the small form factor. A new iPhone SE with 5G support is also rumoured to release in the first half of 2022.

The tech giant has already reduced the size of the notch in the iPhone 13 compared to their previous phones. The reports also suggest that iPhone 14 Pro Max will be priced under $900.
