The ePayLater co-founder thinks it is important to realise that there are silver linings even in the darkest of clouds.
Akshat Saxena, Co-Founder of ePayLater, has been working on his physical and mental fitness by practicing some basic exercises at home.

He told ET Panache, "I have been able to make peace with the new settings, and in fact, am beginning to enjoy it. I work out twice a day, and do some push-ups and stretching exercises. I try to use my mobile phone for even video calls so that I can walk as I talk. I am also catching up on my meditation and feel much benefited out of it. I also take soak in some sun every day and take light meals to compensate for the reduced physical activity. Last but not the least, household chores are also doing their bit to keep me in shape."

In terms of productivity, Saxena doesn't see much impact. "One area where I feel I need to cover some ground is the exchanging of ideas in the absence of a whiteboard. I am used to scribbling along with the team and that's one thing I am yet to find an effective substitute for," he shared.

Saxena always follows a day schedule and a to-do list. "I continue to do the same. Like most others, I am making use of video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues, clients and partners. We are trying to help the team find merits in the new normal. We have been doing virtual team lunches, tea sessions and also have been organising games and events," he said.

The ePayLater co-founder thinks it is important to realise that there are silver linings even in the darkest of clouds. "As we pray for the earliest possible recovery of the planet, let's also spend a moment to express gratitude for the well being of our loved ones and ensure we are doing our bit to be a part of the solution. Let's follow the government's directives to the dot, and also encourage others around us to do so as well," he ended.
