ICICI Bank reaches out to Richa Chadha after actress slammed bank for 'useless' helpline

ICICI Bank Cares wrote, 'Hi, we deeply regret the inconvenience caused to you. Please DM us your contact details by clicking on the link below. Our official will contact you.'
However, unable to get any respite even after the bank's tweet, the actress had posted a series of tweets slamming the bank for poor customer care services. Calling the toll-free number "absolutely useless", the actress wondered why does one have to wait for banking hours to report theft. She also pointed out that a lacuna in the bank's "website that didn't allow customers to block the card from a cell phone!"
