No glass ceiling: Richa Kar, Shilpa Sharma to share their winning mantra at Jaipur session

Entrepreneurship and startups may be all the rage, but female founders remain a relatively rare breed. Little wonder that they are expected to be a big draw at women-focused summits. Like the one being held in Jaipur next month, where Richa Kar of Zivame and Shilpa Sharma of Jaypore are set to shine a spotlight on their journey.

The two women will share their tales of building their businesses ground up. While Kar’s Zivame introduced women to a new way of lingerie shopping, Sharma’s Jaypore made a contemporary Indian design aesthetic accessible to the public.

The two women, along with a bunch of other speakers, will discuss workplace challenges, and their secrets to scaling to the top on their terms. All this within the broader conversation about the overall development of women.
