Banana oats recipe: Method

To prepare the delicious oats, first you have to mash the ripe banana properly into a bowl before adding the oats, skyr/Greek yogurt, and milk. Now, mix everything uniformly. Vanshika Khurana recommends adjusting the quantity of milk if needed for a thick pourable cake batter. In the next step, fold in the blueberries and transfer them to a baking dish before topping them with chocolate chips and chopped walnuts.

After that, you can either preheat the air fryer at 180 for 3 mins before air-frying for 15-16 mins at 180 or bake for 20-22 mins at 175. In the meantime, whip up the ingredients required to make the chocolate sauce, pouring water based on how thick or runny you want the oats to be. Finally, drizzle the chocolate sauce on top while the baked oats are still piping hot and enjoy the lip-smacking meal before heading out for work or simply relaxing on a Sunday morning.
