XLRI, SHRM India partner to launch executive certificate program

MUMBAI: Premier management institute XLRI, Jamshedpur, on Thursday announced the launch of an integrated executive certificate programme on Human Resource Management along with SHRM.

The five-month programme will be delivered through interactive virtual classroom sessions (three hours a week), SHRM India said in a press release.

SHRM India is a subsidiary of SHRM, a global association devoted to human resource management.

Students on virtual social learning platform can have access to course presentations, projects, case studies, assignments and other reference material. They can raise their questions and doubts either real time during the live class or offline through the Cloud Campus.

“It is the first step to provide an exclusive opportunity of dual certification from two of India’s leading HR institutes, XLRI and SHRM India,” Achal Khanna, CEO, SHRM India, said in a release.

Educational service provider Talentedge will provide an online platform for the program to meet working professionals schedules.
