When Google becomes your doctor

A man walks into a doctor's office looking extremely worried. The doctor looks up, 'What seems to be the problem?' The man whispers, 'I think I'm dying.'

Doctor: Why would you think that?

Man: I Googled my symptoms.


Doctor: That was your first mistake.

Man: I know. But then I kept reading. One website said I   may have an autoimmune disorder.

Doctor: Not necessarily serious.

Man: Exactly. So, I searched 'autoimmune disorder' and discovered that it could indicate cancer.

The doctor closes his eyes.

Man: Then I searched 'cancer symptoms' and, apparently, I   have all of them.

Doctor: Which ones?

Man: Fatigue, headaches, weight changes, difficulty sleeping, difficulty concentrating...

Doctor: Those are also symptoms of being worried about having cancer!

Man: Really? Oh, thank god.

The doctor smiles. The man instantly pulls out his phone.

Doctor: What are you doing?

Man: I'm Googling whether being relieved after thinking you have cancer is a symptom of something.

Passenger: Why is my seat so tiny?

Attendant: It's economy class, sir.

Passenger: But I paid extra for legroom!

Attendant: Yes, and we gave it to the person behind you.

Passenger: So, I'm funding someone else's comfort?

Attendant: Exactly. It's called premium generosity.
