Kulgam terror strike kills one migrant worker, injures another; J&K police in action

One non-local worker killed in and another injured in a terrorist attack in J&K’s Kulgam on July 31. The terrorist attack happened in the Kellam area of Kulgam district, causing the casualties: J&K Police. Security forces have cordoned off the area and launched a search operation to track the attackers. Labourers killed & injured have been identified from Chhattisgarh, J&K LG Manoj Sinha posted on his X. “I have directed our security forces to step up their operations and eliminate the terrorists”, Sinha added. This attack follows a period of peace causing disturbance in the region of Kashmir. Indian defence forces have been successful to contain the terrorist activities to the border areas lately. As of now, no one has taken the responsibility of the attack, further details are awaited.
