Vijay Kedia owned 16.44 lakh shares or an 8.71% stake in the company at the end of Q1 FY27, according to the latest data on the company’s shareholding pattern available on BSE. This implies that he sold over 3.66 lakh shares during the quarter, pulling his stake down from the 20.11 lakh shares or 10.66% stake he owned at the end of the March quarter.
The price at which the market veteran sold the shares or the exact date when these trades were executed is yet to be ascertained. Since shareholding disclosures are still being released, further portfolio changes by Vijay Kedia cannot be ruled out.
Innovators Facade Systems share price
Innovators Facade Systems shares gained more than 4% today to trade at Rs 118 apiece on BSE. However, the microcap stock has dropped 3% in a month and more than 35% in six months. It is down around 36% in 2026 so far.
In the longer term, Innovators Facade Systems shares have fallen more than 42% in a year, but delivered nearly 145% returns over five years. The company currently has a market capitalisation of nearly Rs 223 crore.

Innovators Facade Systems is associated with sectors including facade, fenestration, and pharmaceutical cleanroom solutions. It claims to be the only public limited company in the façade and fenestration industry. Reliance Industries, Lodha, L&T, Tata Housing and Cipla are some of its notable clients.
The company in May reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 13.57 crore for the financial year 2026, marking a decline from the Rs 16 crore net profit reported in the year-ago. Its revenue from operations meanwhile stood at Rs 227.5 crore during the financial year which ended on March 31, 2026, as against Rs 221 crore in the previous financial year.
