To prepare the baked apple, begin by washing an apple thoroughly and slicing it into even round pieces. Arrange the slices on a baking tray, drizzle them lightly with honey, and sprinkle cinnamon powder evenly over the top for natural sweetness and flavour. Bake the apples in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 minutes, or until they become soft and lightly caramelised.

Once done, transfer the warm apple slices to a serving plate and top them with a generous spoonful of Greek yogurt. Finish by adding crushed walnuts for crunch and fresh blueberries for a burst of freshness. Serve immediately while still warm and enjoy this wholesome, guilt-free dessert.
