Yash is currently gearing up for his next big release, Toxic. Details of his diet was released at the beginning of this year. His diet contains no processed food and lot of fish.

According to Health Yogi, actor Yash follows a structured meal plan designed to fuel his demanding fitness routine. His mornings begin with a substantial breakfast that combines carbohydrates with high-quality protein. The meal includes a big bowl of porridge flavored with nutmeg and mixed nuts, along with five slices of whole wheat bread, eight egg whites, assorted vegetables, and fresh fruits such as watermelon and papaya.
As Health Yogi reported, he consumes a protein shake around 11 a.m. to maintain his energy levels before lunch. Fish remains one of the primary protein sources in his daily diet. Before heading to the gym in the evening, he eats four slices of brown bread along with four bananas to provide sustained energy for his workout. Dinner is comparatively lighter but continues to emphasize protein-rich foods. He avoids processed and fast foods, choosing instead to stick to wholesome, nutritious meals every day.
Twice-a-Day Training Forms the Foundation of His Fitness
Health Yogi further noted that Yash follows an intensive workout schedule that includes two training sessions every day. His evening exercise routine is largely devoted to strength and resistance training to build and maintain muscle mass. Rather than relying on short-term preparation for movie roles, he considers regular exercise an essential part of his everyday lifestyle.According to Health Yogi, Yash rarely misses a workout, believing that long-term consistency delivers the best physical results. This disciplined approach has played a major role in helping him achieve and maintain the powerful physique seen in blockbuster films such as KGF and his upcoming project Toxic. For the actor, fitness is a year-round commitment rather than a temporary routine adopted only for film productions.
As per reports, Toxic will hit the theatres on August 26, 2026.
