Bengaluru cook goes viral for revealing how she made nutritious food without compromising on taste
A cook in Bengaluru recently created quite a sensation on social media when she revealed how she cooked nutritious food for top engineers in Bengaluru and made food more nutritious without making it heavy. Taking to Instagram, she introduced herself and said that she cooks for engineers in Bengaluru and how she makes dishes more healthy.

“My name is Raji. I cook in the house of a top engineer of Bangalore but their food is very different. Welcome to episode two of what engineers of Bangalore eat and today I will tell you about protein creativity or whatever you want to cook..” she said.

She Explains Protein Creativity

She stated that whatever she prepared - be it dal, vegetables, roti, rice etc, she always adds paneer or chicken. However, if it is paneer, it should be 150 grams and if chicken it is 100 grams. She goes on to add 50 gm paneer in a cheela ( a dish). This healthy recipe has zero rice, and is prepared entirely with soaked and ground moong dal.

She explains that adding rice to the batter often makes the mixture heavier and less nutritious. At times, household members are asked to grind rice, but if vegetables are not included, the resulting cheela turns out extremely thin and lacks a satisfying texture.

The menu for breakfast was stuffed moong dal cheela and pudina chutney.

Her video went viral gaining over 143K likes. One Instagram commenter said: “She will soon start a cooking school for home cooks and start an app and people can hire instant cooks from her app!
