Savannah Chrisley is of course familiar to viewers of both Chrisley Knows Best and Growing Up Chrisley. She's also an entrepreneur based in Nashville and has made her mark in the luxury property market with her own real estate brokerage. Over $17m in sales in its first 11 months according to her business profile. Savannah has been targeting some of the most desirable areas in Nashville and has built a business there as well as with her other activities. How did Savannah Chrisley get into real estate?

Savannah’s interest in property was in no small part due to her family’s background in the property business. Having grown up in the business she had an early appreciation of how property deals work and what buyers and sellers require.

She subsequently decided to go into property herself whilst running her other businesses (the cosmetics and fragrance brand Sassy by Savannah amongst others). She started off investing in properties in various markets before concentrating specifically on the luxury residential market in Nashville.


Rather than go with an established brokerage, she started her own company. She is a licensed Realtor and a member of the Greater Nashville Realtors and her business is built on personal service, market knowledge and negotiation.

Her approach is to bring her first hand knowledge of the Nashville property market combined with the contacts and connections she's built up over the years through her business and her TV work.

How much has Savannah’s real estate actually sold?

Savannah’s brokerage has over $17m in sales in its first 11 months and its business profile has a highest active property listing of $3.9m.

The company operates in six of the luxury markets in the Nashville area (Brentwood, Belle Meade, Franklin, Oak Hill, Green Hills and The Gulch) and its list of neighbourhoods served is also broader to include East Nashville and Columbia.

The properties range from new builds in East Nashville at around $600k to estates in Brentwood worth several million.

Savannah describes her approach as very hands on and very much about getting the best possible outcome for the client. She is very much about negotiation and getting to an agreement that works for both sides.

Her broker's firm is also listed as a woman owned business which again adds another layer to her profile beyond the public one.

What does Savannah Chrisley do other than real estate?

Real estate is one facet of Savannah’s wider business activity. In addition to her property company she has worked in the cosmetics and fragrances space via Sassy by Savannah and has also launched a telehealth wellness company. She's also remained a very familiar face on television via Chrisley Knows Best and Growing Up Chrisley. She's got a very active social media presence which is another avenue through which she can share her interests (property and entrepreneurship amongst other things).

Away from work she enjoys travel and spending time with her family. She's also stepped into a major family role in that she's been the guardian of her younger brother Grayson and her niece Chloe for a period of time.

Her business profile is very much one of faith, resilience and family. Having obviously gained a degree of recognition through reality TV, she's now moved on into a completely different industry with her property venture.
