Breaking Bad actor Dean Norris is selling his California home for $3,199,267. The home is on 11 acres in Temecula. It has a main house and a separate guesthouse. There are also outdoor areas. The sale happens as Dean Norris is going through a divorce with his wife, Bridget. They owned a restaurant together. That restaurant is now in bankruptcy. The price for the home is almost double what the couple paid for it in 2014.

What Does Dean Norris's $3.2 Million Estate Include

According to real estate records reviewed by TMZ, Norris has listed the Temecula property for $3,199,267. The estate covers 11 acres. Includes a main house measuring more than 7,000 square feet. The home has nine bedrooms and nine bathrooms along with a guesthouse. Its outdoor features include an infinity pool, a spa and an outdoor kitchen. The property also has a four-stall horse barn, a fruit orchard and wide views of the surrounding mountains and valley.

The estate was listed in September with Sherrie Snyder of Allison James Estates & Homes handling the sale.

The asking price marks a considerable increase from the $1,725,000 Norris and Bridget paid for the property in 2014. If it sells at the listed price, it would bring in twice their original purchase price. The inputs are taken from TMZ and In Touch.

How Is the Property Sale Connected to His Divorce

The listing comes during the couple's ongoing divorce proceedings. Bridget Norris filed for divorce in Riverside County, California, in 2025, citing irreconcilable differences. She gave January 15, 2025, as their separation date. The couple had been married for more than two decades. Bridget also requested joint custody of their two minor children and spousal support.

As the property was purchased during their marriage, the sale could become relevant to the division of their shared assets. The reports note that California follows community property rules, under which marital assets are generally subject to equal division. Neither Dean nor Bridget has publicly commented on the property listing.

Restaurant Bankruptcy Adds to the Couple's Financial Challenges

The estate sale comes as the couple's Temecula business, Swing Inn Cafe, goes through Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. According to bankruptcy documents obtained by TMZ, the restaurant recorded a $1 million decline in gross revenue between 2024 and 2025. The business also reported between $1 million and $10 million in liabilities. Norris is best known for playing DEA agent Hank Schrader in Breaking Bad. He later reprised the role in Better Call Saul and has also appeared in Under the Dome and Claws.
