Peyton Manning's $4.6 Million Mansion in Cherry Hills Village

Manning established his real estate base in Colorado in 2012 when he joined the Broncos. The quarterback had spent his first 13 seasons with Indianapolis Colts before missing the 2011 season due to multiple neck surgeries. He signed a five-year, $96 million deal with Denver. Manning purchased a home in Cherry Hills Village, south of Denver, as his primary residence.

Manning bought the mansion in July 2012 for around $4.6 million through Wahoo Properties LLC, the reports said. The property is a 3.37-acre estate. The size is suitable for Manning, his wife Ashley and their twin boys, Marshall and Mosley.

The two-story mansion contains seven bedrooms and was said to have 8.5 bathrooms in the property report. The house has a redbrick exterior and columns at the entrance. Inside the house are walnut floors, large living areas and family-entertainment rooms.

The facilities in the property are an elevator that connects the mansion's floors, a safe room, a billiards room, a media room, an office with wood panelled walls, a wine cellar, two custom cherrywood dressing rooms at the master bedroom, multiple wood-burning fireplaces, an outdoor barbecue pit, a seven-car heated garage and a heated kennel for dogs. The house served as his primary residence after he retired from professional football.

Why Manning stayed in Colorado after retirement?

Besides buying property in the state, Manning has greater reasons to stay in Colorado. He played for the Broncos in the last four seasons of his NFL career and won Super Bowl 50. The quarterback announced his retirement from the game in 2016 after playing for the Colts and Broncos.

A report by the Indianapolis Star reveals that Manning gave an interview in 2022 on his retirement. He stated that his children were at school in the Denver area and that he and Ashley had made the state their home. This consideration, together with his connection with the Broncos, made the Cherry Hills Village house his primary residence long after he retired from football.
