Sharon Osbourne has lowered the asking price for her historic mansion in Los Angeles by $1 million, bringing it down from $17 million to $16 million.
Sharon Osbourne lowers the asking price of her Los Angeles mansion, previously shared with her late husband Ozzy Osbourne, by $1 million. The new price is $16 million. The property is located at 501 S Hudson Avenue in the Hancock Park neighbourhood. It was earlier listed for $17 million. This reduction follows the Osbournes' purchase of the home for $11.85 million in 2015, and their efforts to restore its original architectural details. The mansion has seven bedrooms, multiple living areas, a screening room, and a swimming pool. It also featured in the documentary Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home. The mansion was built around 1929-1930 and was designed by A.K. Kellogg.

Sharon Osbourne decreases mansion's price

Sharon Osbourne has reduced the asking price of her historic mansion in Los Angeles by $1 million. The property is now listed for $16 million from its last asking price of $17 million. This home, at 501 S Hudson Avenue, Hancock Park, Los Angeles, California, was purchased by Sharon and Ozzy Osbourne for $11.85 million in 2015.

Jonah Wilson and Josh Greer of Carolwood Estates are handling the sale. This price reduction represents another effort to sell the home, following previous unsuccessful attempts at doing so.

The mansion has Hollywood history, having belonged to celebrities. Its features include a screening room with celebrities' signatures, a wood panelled library, a mosaic-tiled swimming pool, and a guest apartment above the garage.

Previous efforts at selling Sharon Osbourne's Hancock Park mansion

The Osbournes first put the home up for sale in 2022. They listed it for $18 million. The asking price was later reduced to $17.5 million before taking it off the market. In April 2026, Sharon relisted the house for $17 million. Now, she has reduced the price to $16 million.

Earlier reports had indicated that the Osbournes had sought to sell the Los Angeles home as part of their plans at returning to the United Kingdom. The family owns an estate in Buckinghamshire, where Sharon and Ozzy had been residing when the latter passed away in July 2025.

Greer told The Wall Street Journal that Sharon and Ozzy had devoted years to renovating the property, in order to return it to its original 1920s design. This residence is not the same Beverly Hills home in which the Osbournes' MTV reality series, Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne, was filmed. However, the Hancock Park mansion also features in the Osbournes' media history. This home was the location of the documentary Sharon & Ozzy Osbourne: Coming Home.

Sharon and Ozzy's signatures, as well as those of other celebrities, are etched onto the walls of this room. They include Elvis Presley, Mel Tormé, and Natalie Wood.

Upstairs, the Osbournes' home has four en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom suite includes two bathrooms and a walk-in closet. The home also has a guest apartment above the garage.

Outdoor areas

The property's outdoor areas include a lawn, gardens, and a swimming pool, which is tiled with mosaics. The latter is also a part of the home's original features. The dining area outside the kitchen has facilities for cooking and entertainment.

The mansion, from an architectural perspective, represents a blend of Sharon and Ozzy's past and present. The house is suited to accommodate the family, as well as to host guests. The property has areas for the family's living and dining, as well as for entertainment, and for the guests' accommodation.
