Michael B. Jordan has reduced the asking price of Encino modern farmhouse to $10.245 million in July this year, a Mansion Global report said. The mansion is located at Encino, Los Angeles, California. Jordan purchased the property in May 2022 for about $12.5 million, as per PropertyShark records. It was built in 2021. The property is spread in 11,600 square feet covered area. It has 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and 4 half-baths. The star has also spent around $500,000 to upgrade the security and air conditioning systems of the property, The Wall Street Journal report said.

The actor bought the property in May 2022 for about $12.5 million, the Mansion Global report said citing PropertyShark records. Michael B. Jordan has been trying to sell the property since 2023. The asking price of the property has been reduced many times. The initial listing price of the property was $12.998 million in January 2023. Then the price was reduced to $11.995 million in March 2025 after the property failed to attract a buyer. The price of the property was again brought down to $11.5 million in last November. Later, it was again dropped to $10.495 million in March 2026.

The latest reduction in price has come as the property has remained unsold for several years. In total, the asking price of the property has been reduced from $12.998 million in January 2023 to $10.245 million in July this year. This means the asking price has been reduced by $2.753 million in over three years. The asking price is now more than $2.255 million lower than what the actor paid to buy the property in 2022. The property has been listed by Josh Altman and Sharon Tay of Douglas Elliman.
