The four story mansion was built in 1905. Maryland-based Delbert Adams Construction Group carried out the renovation at the mansion, the listing said. The traditional-style house has more than 9,100 square feet of living space. The whole property is spread in approximately 11,900 square feet of covered area. The estate is built on wooded grounds in the Caves Valley area. The property seems to be built on a 7 to 9 acre land lot.

The kitchen has a central island. The house also has a primary bedroom suite with a separate sitting room. There are five to six bedrooms in the main house. The primary suite is present on the second floor. A detached carriage house is also present on the property. The estate has seven bathrooms. There are four full bathrooms and three half-bathrooms.

The carriage house has its own kitchen, family room and full bathroom. The estate also has a four-car garage with a loft above it. The loft could be adapted for different purposes like a home office, gym or guest suite.

A bluestone patio is present at the back of the mansion. The patio has a sitting area with a fireplace. Another patio is located beside the swimming pool area. The property has an in-ground pool, a hot tub and a separate pool house.

Why John Harbaugh sold the property?

Harbaugh, 63, served as head coach of the Baltimore Ravens for 18 seasons. The team won Super Bowl XLVII during his tenure after the 2012 season. The championship was the second Super Bowl title in the Ravens' history.

The Ravens moved on from Harbaugh after the team finished the 2025 season with an 8-9 record and missed the playoffs. The New York Giants appointed him as their head coach in January 2026. He seems to have signed a contract for five years with an annual salary of approximately $20 million, as per reports.

His move to the Giants required a relocation to New Jersey where the team is based. The Giants play their home games at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, and their training facilities are also located in the area. The Baltimore Sun reported in June that Harbaugh and his family had moved into a home in New Jersey.
