Zach Bryan has reportedly bought an $18.25 million estate in Tennessee, as per reports. The land includes a nearly 40-acre parcel in the Leiper's Fork area near Franklin. According to RealTracs listing history, the deal closed on February 25, 2026. A main home, entertainment barn and recording studio at the property will provide the married couple with a place to live, entertain and record. The sale follows Bryan's nuptials to Leonard at year-end, which his manager confirmed to Associated Press after the singer shared wedding pics on social media in January.

Bryan's home, which spans 5,035 square feet, was built in 2011. It has four bedrooms, five bathrooms and a wraparound porch overlooking the Tennessee landscape. The house has upstairs bedroom suites, a first-floor office or guest room and a large kitchen with a wraparound porch.

The property also includes a guest apartment above Bryan's oversized three-car garage. The apartment has a separate entrance, bedroom, living room and kitchen. The second structure on the property, called the "77" entertainment barn, is nearly the same size as the main house at 5,300 square feet.

Architect Eric Stengel designed the barn, which was meant for entertainment and not traditional farming. It has a bar, great room with high ceilings, large video wall and two stone fireplaces. Two guest suites with fireplaces, kitchenettes and laundry rooms are also present. The barn also has a game room, exercise room, upstairs catering kitchen and two-car garage.

Recording studio

One of the biggest attractions for Bryan on the property is the recording studio. The studio's space was advertised in December 2023, and Pricey Pads notes that audio engineer Gary Hedden designed the structure.

The estate also has a vegetable garden, formal garden with fountain, outdoor kitchen and dining area. An infinity-edge saltwater swimming pool sits near a cabana that has a stone fireplace.

Landscaping designer Gavin Duke has created the property's outdoors, as per reports. The combination of walking trails, pastures and the two ponds provide multiple ways to enjoy the land.

Final sale price

The property went back on the market on August 25, 2025, with an asking price of $19.75 million. RealTracs shows that the deal became contingent in January and pending in February before it closed. The final sale price of $18.25 million was $1.5 million was below the asking price.

Bryan's marriage and breakup

Bryan's purchase of the Tennessee estate comes after his wedding to Leonard, who became his fiancée in the summer of 2025. The singer and model married in Spain toward the end of the year, after a highly publicized split from social media influencer Brianna "Chickenfry" LaPaglia.

The fallout from Bryan's and LaPaglia's separation made headlines when the singer shared screenshots of messages that she sent him after the split, before deleting them. One of the messages appeared to be a long diatribe about the couple's 2024 split.

In the message, LaPaglia stated that she would "never forget the love" that she felt for Bryan, adding that she had never wanted "his lifestyle or money." She also said that she deserved a goodbye and asked him to "take care of our cat Stump" and "give jack your hugs."

Bryan's Massachusetts home

LaPaglia spent part of her relationship with Bryan living in his $7.45 million Massachusetts mansion, which he bought in April 2024. She later tweeted that she moved out of the home and was looking for a place to live in New York City and shared some of the process on TikTok.

The mansion has waterfront views of Duxbury Bay, a boathouse and a pier. Inside, the five-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom residence has an expanded great room with a fireplace, plus a spacious kitchen. The home had been on the market for almost a year when Bryan bought it. It was listed for $8.9 million in August 2023.

Bryan's purchase of the mansion came after he acquired a second Duxbury residence in August 2024 for $1.4 million. The purchase used the same limited liability company as the waterfront mansion, and Bryan serves as a manager of that company, as per property records.

The second home is smaller and sits near the middle of the town. It was built in 1910 and has three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and is about a four-minute drive from the waterfront mansion.
