Every time an EPF member transfers their PF amount from an exempted to an unexempted establishment (or vice versa), an EPF document called Annexure K is issued to them.

An EPF document called Annexure K provides the member's information his PF accumulations with interest, his service history, his joining and leaving dates, as well as job information.

According to a tweet by EPFO, “Annexure K is a EPF document which mentions the member details, his PF accumulations with interest, service history, Date of joining, and Date of exit and employment details including past and present MID. This document is required by the Field Office/Trust to effect a transfer in.”



Annexure K can be downloaded through the Unified member Portal.

How to download Annexure K from Unified member portal
Employees can now get their PF annexure K online through the UAN when they transfer PF funds from an exempt establishment to an unexempted one.
Step 1: Login using your UAN number and password
Step 2: Next, click Download Annexure K under Online Services in the navigation bar.
Step 3: All of the PF Transfer claims that have previously been resolved will be listed there, and you may download Annexure K by simply clicking the download icon.
