The PSU bank has said that the revised charges would come into effect from December 1, 2025, and would impact savings and salary account holders using ATMs of other banks, while some categories of accounts and ATM transactions remain unaffected.
SBI has said that ATM transaction service charges were last revised on February 1, 2025. The bank has said that the existing service charges for ATM/ADWM had been revised due to an upward revision in interchange fee. The revised service charges came into effect from December 1, 2025.

Free transaction limit at non-SBI ATMs
There were no changes in the number of monthly free transactions. SBI savings account customers can continue to do 5 free financial and non-financial transactions at other bank ATMs. Charges for per cash withdrawal(s) after free monthly transactions have been increased to Rs 23 + GST from Rs 21+ GST. Charges for non-financial transaction(s) after free monthly transactions have been creased to Rs 11 + GST from Rs 10 + GST.Latest SBI salary package savings account charges at non-SBI ATMs/ADWM
SBI has fixed the number of monthly free ATM transactions at 10 at all centres for both financial + non-financial transactions. Earlier, it was unlimited. Now charges for per cash withdrawals after free monthly transactions is Rs 23 + GST, up from zero earlier.Charges for per non-financial transactions after free monthly transactions is Rs 11 + GST.

There were no changes in SBI’s Basic Saving Bank Deposit (BSBD) account existing service charges.
Service charges for SBI debit card holders using SBI ATMs
There are no changes in existing ATM transaction service charges for SBI Debit Card holders using SBI ATMs.
Cardless cash withdrawal transactions at SBI ATMs
