ICICI Bank new URL

ICICI Bank has moved its website and internet banking addresses to the new .bank.in domain in line with Reserve Bank of India’s (RBI) rule. The change may require customers who have saved the bank's old website or the net banking address as a bookmark to update it.

Even as ICICI Bank changed its domain name, it also informed its customers that its iMobile app services will be unavailable on September 19, 2026, for certain hours due to scheduled maintenance activity.

What is the new ICICI Bank website address?


As per an email sent to ICICI Bank customers todayI, CICI Bank’s net banking address has changed from retailnetbanking.icicibank.com to retailnetbanking.icici.bank.in

ICICI Bank’s website address has changed from http://www.icicibank.com to http://www.icici.bank.in.

Last year, the RBI had asked banks to move their net banking website addresses to the exclusive internet domain — ‘.bank.in’ not later than October 31, 2025, as per a circular dated April 22, 2025.

Will your ICICI Bank customer ID and password also change?

No. The change in ICICI Bank’s website and net banking URL and it will not affect your existing banking credentials or account details.

ICICI Bank customers can continue to use the same customer ID and password to access internet banking. There is no need to register again or create a new login because the bank has moved to the .bank.in domain.

What ICICI Bank customers need to do The important step for ICICI Bank customers is to update their saved bookmark or the browser shortcut with the new URL so that they can access the official website directly.
