Foreign transactions on ICICI Bank debit cards to get costlier: Check revised fee structure for Coral, Rubyx and many other cards

ICICI Bank has announced revisions in charges for several debit cards including Dynamic Currency Conversion (DCC) transactions, with the new fee structure coming into effect from June 21, 2026. Customers may therefore see changes in their card-related charges and DCC transaction costs from the June 2026 billing cycle onward.

The DCC fee is applicable on each transaction carried out in the Indian currency at international locations and the Indian currency with merchants located in India but registered in a foreign nation.

What are new DCC charges?

Under the revised structure, the DCC fee will increase from the current 1% of the transaction amount to 3.50% of the transaction amount.

ICICI Bank debit card fee structure

ICICI Bank has revised the fee structure for many of its debit cards. These revised debit card charges are set to come into effect on June 21, 2026.

The monthly fee of Rs 249 on the ICICI Bank Coral Plus Debit Card will be replaced with an annual fee of Rs 2,499.

The revised fee structure is set to reflect in statements generated from June 21, 2026, onwards.
