The Employees' Provident Fund Organization's (EPFO) next significant digital infrastructure upgrade, EPFO 3.0, is based on a cloud-based IT platform. The goal of launching EPFO 3.0 is to improve the speed, paperlessness, and accessibility of PF services for employers, pensioners, and salaried workers. Checklist to ensure your EPFO account is ready for the new system

EPFO members should link their Aadhaar with their Universal Account Number (UAN) and verify it with their EPFO account
Link and verify your bank account on the EPFO member portal.
Ensure that your details, such as name, date of birth and other personal information, match across your Aadhaar, PAN and EPFO records.
Set up or confirm your UPI ID with your linked bank account.

Register on DigiLocker if you have not done so already.

Correct any discrepancies now to avoid delays when the new system goes live.
