Hyderabad meeting schedule
The 8th CPC will visit Hyderabad, Telangana, on May 18 and 19, 2026 (Monday and Tuesday). Stakeholders interested in interacting with the Commission must submit their memorandum on the official 8th CPC website and seek an appointment before May 8, 2026, along with the unique memo ID generated after submission, says the 8th Pay Commission in a statement dated May 1, 2026.The commission will also hold separate meetings in Vishakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, and at cities in other states/Union Territories (UTs) in due course, says the statement.

Srinagar meeting schedule
The Commission will visit Srinagar, Jammu & Kashmir (UT) from June 1 to June 4, 2026 (Monday to Thursday). Organisations, institutions, and unions/associations wishing to interact with the Commission in Srinagar must submit their memorandum and appointment request before May 16, 2026, says a 8th CPC statement dated May 1, 2026…The Commission will hold separate meetings at cities in other states/UTs in due course.
Ladakh meeting schedule
The 8th CPC will visit the Union Territory of Ladakh on June 8, 2026 (Monday), reads a statement dated May 1, 2026, from the 8th Pay Commission Concerned stakeholders from central government organisations/institutions and Ladakh-based unions/associations can submit memorandums and seek appointments before May 16, 2026. The interaction will take place in Leh, says the statement.The Commission will hold separate meetings at cities in other states/UTs in due course, the statement further says.
Memorandum submission deadline extended
The deadline for submitting responses has been extended from April 30, 2026, to Sunday, May 31, 2026. “All entries must be made solely through the URL provided. The Commission does not evaluate or entertain paper-based memoranda, hard copies, pdfs, or emails with the memorandum,” says a statement from the 8th Pay Commission.
What is the memorandum that employee bodies can submit to the 8th Pay Commission?
The memorandum mentions pay, pension, allowance, fitment factor-related demands of an employee or a pensioner body. They also have information about work conditions of employees.For example, in the common memorandum on behalf of all employee and pensioner bodies, NC-JCM has demanded a fitment factor of 3.833 and a minimum basic pay of Rs 69,000.
