Indiabulls Housing Finance cuts home loan rates by 15 bps

MUMBAI: Indiabulls Housing Finance Limited today reduced home loan rate by 15 basis points to 8.35% for women borrowers and to 8.40% for other effective today. This is the lowest available home loan rate in the industry.

EMI for loan tenure up to 30 years will now start at as low as Rs 758/- per lakh.

Earlier this week, Housing Development and Finance Corp (HDFC), ICICI Bank and State Bank of India has reduced rates. HDFC reduced its interest rate on loans up to Rs 30 lakh by 15 basis points for women borrowers and 10 basis points for all others.
