How to link Aadhaar with ICICI Bank account

If you have an Aadhaar and do not link your bank account with you by December 31, 2017, your bank account will cease to become operational. Those who do not have Aadhaar will have to seed their bank accounts with it by March 31, 2018.

This is how ICICI Bank customers can link their accounts with the 12 digit unique identity number.

At an ICICI Bank branch:

• Request for a 'Stay Connected' form at the counter.
• Fill up relevant details like customer ID, bank account number, and check Point No ( E ) Unique Identification Number (Aadhaar Updation) in the form.
• You should then give a self-attested Aadhaar copy along with the original Aadhaar card to the bank official for verification.

Through Internet banking:
• Login (http://goo.gl/SvtnSF) using your Net banking user ID and password.
• Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number, you will have to re-enter it to make sure it is correct and then hit submit.

At an ICICI Bank ATM:
• Swipe the card.
• Select the language you are comfortable with.
• Login using your ATM PIN.
• Select More Options, and then choose Aadhaar Updation.
• Enter your Aadhaar Number, and re-enter it and then hit submit.

The bank's mobile app, iMobile:
• Login to your iMobile app using your Internet banking ID and password or your 4 digit PIN
• Click Services, and then on Instabanking Services, and Update Aadhaar
• Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar Number, and then submit.
