The court ruled that the film must have all three disclaimers as specified by it in place by the film makers.

The court has asked the CBFC to place before it the records in the case. CBFC's review panel has ordered cuts in 13 categories.

On the issue of abusive language, the judges said if the film is only filled with expletives then the audience won’t watch it.
