With this launch, Mumbai-based Exseed Space has become the first private commercial organisation in India to have a satellite in space.

The Falcon 9, launched by the Elon Musk-led company, has put country’s first private satellite Exseed SAT1 in orbit.

Space agency wants to open incubators in six cities, preferably near Isro centres across the nation.
