David Headley has highlighted the involvement of ISI in the Mumbai attacks conspiracy by revealing how he received meticulous training.

Headley said he never went to the ISI headquarters & added that he was introduced to Major Iqbal by military personnel.

Headley testified that he had received detailed training from Major Iqbal as well as other non-commissioned officers in the ISI.
