TCS Kalinga Park, a facility designed as India's first Platinum-rated LEED IT Campus, has an operational capacity of 4,000 seats.

The proposal was mooted by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik when he met the group's Chairman Cyrus Mistry at the secretariat.
