There has been no fresh rainfall over the past 24 hours which eased the flood concerns in the valley earlier in the day.

Singh, who was accompanied by Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Virbhadra Singh, said that Modi must have been sent an invitation.

Asked about not inviting the Prime Minister, he said, "Who is to be invited is up to the person sending out the invites."
