While Kollywood is still grappling with the tragedy, more heartbreaking details of Meera Antony's death have come to light.

As per reports, the youngster, who was studying at a private school in Chennai, was extremely stressed out by upcoming exams.

Tamil actor-director R Parthiban expressed solidarity with Antony, and wrote that being a parent he could empathise.

Antony found his teenage daughter hanging in her room in Teynampet, Chennai. She was rushed to the hospital but was declared dead.
