While Kirti Azad has said that Dhoni could be guilty of conflict of interest, Jaywant Lele has also said that such a conflict may exist.

Jaywant Lele termed the process of appointing Jagmohan Dalmiya as head of a four-member interim arrangement as "unconstitutional".

"Now Mr Srinivasan has no excuse. He should be sacked if he doesn't go now," Jaywant Lele added.
