Jaitley’s decision comes after last week’s tirade against him by AAP, which dragged his name in the DDCA controversy.

Official sources said Judicial Magistrate Ajay Kumar framed the charges and listed the matter and fixed the next hearing on October 12.

The former AAP leader, who was expelled from the party last month has now formed his own organisation Swaraj Samvad.
