B S Yeddyurappa today alleged that the Siddaramaiah govt has completely failed in providing help to farmers affected by excessive rain.

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah had announced a judicial inquiry into what the BJP alleged was a "scam" of Rs 1,000 crore.
