Singapore-based fintech startup Tazapay, that specialises in cross-border payments, has appointed Navin Mistry the country director for the India and MEA (Middle East and Africa) markets, the company said in a statement on Monday.

Mistry brings over 24 years of experience in building large-scale businesses across ecommerce, payments, and shipping. He has led teams as a corporate leader, intrapreneur, and entrepreneur—holding key positions at organisations such as Baazee, eBay, Flipkart, PayPal, and Shiprocket. His expertise in driving innovation and growth in digital payments and ecommerce is expected to be crucial as Tazapay expands its global footprint.

“His extensive experience and strategic vision align perfectly with our mission to empower global merchants with seamless payment solutions,” Rahul Singhal, CEO and founder of Tazapay, said in a statement.
