Target, Nvidia and American Express top India’s most desirable workplaces in 2025: Survey
The rankings are based on verified reviews from over 7,000 companies, highlighting key factors like career growth, work-life balance, and trust in management. Target, Nvidia, and American Express ranked among the most desirable workplaces in India...

The list was topped by global tech giants Apple, Google, and Meta.
Conversely, a few companies didn’t fare as well in employee feedback. Among those receiving the lowest ratings were DP World, MindTickle, Paytm and InMobi.

When it comes to company culture, Target, Nvidia, American Express, Akamai Technologies and ServiceNow had high scores, and stood out for fostering positive working environments.
Similarly, trust in leadership was strongest at Target, American Express, ServiceNow, Arista Networks, AMD and Nvidia, “reinforcing the strong link between these categories and overall employee satisfaction”.
Beyond specific companies, popular search terms included “India offer,” “layoff,” “referral,” “promotion,” and “H-1B”.
“Globally, non-monetary factors have consistently shown a stronger correlation with overall satisfaction, while compensation frequently emerges as an outlier. This trend holds true in India as well. Our analysis shows that company culture and management have the strongest ties to overall ratings, while compensation shows the weakest,” said Alex Han, communications manager at Blind.
How the rankings were determined
The analysis was drawn from verified employee reviews submitted by India-based professionals on Blind over the past year. While over 7,000 companies were reviewed, only those with a minimum of 10 reviews were considered for the rankings.
Each company received scores on a five-point scale, across six key areas:
- Overall satisfaction
- Career growth
- Work-life balance
- Compensation and benefits
- Company culture
- Trust in management
