Sinha, who was appointed Myntra CEO in 2022, is expected to leave the company over the next few weeks.
Pais was earlier chief business officer of Myntra until November 2025. She joined the Walmart-owned ecommerce giant in 2013 and has led multiple categories including books, general merchandise, home furnishing, travel vertical and its loyalty programme.
Responding to ET's queries, Flipkart said, “We don't comment on market speculation.”
Messages sent to Sinha went unanswered.
Her departure adds to the top-level churn at Myntra and Flipkart, which is planning to go public in the next 12-15 months.
In January, Myntra's then CFO Abhishek Gupta quit to join Livspace. He was replaced by Kannan Ganesan, who was earlier a vice president at Flipkart.
Last month, Flipkart group CFO Sriram Venkatraman also resigned. He is expected to relinquish his duties over the coming months.
The development of Sinha’s departure was first reported by Moneycontrol.
Under her leadership, Myntra turned net profitable in FY24 and has since strengthened its bottom line.
With profitability in the year ended March 2024, it emerged as the only profitable unit within the Flipkart group.
In FY25, Myntra reported an 18% rise in revenue to Rs 6,043 crore, while net profit surged 18-fold to Rs 548 crore. In recent years, it has expanded overseas with a launch in Singapore and stepped up its quick commerce play through M-Now.
Sinha took over as Myntra CEO in 2022 from Amar Nagaram, who had succeeded Ananth Narayanan in 2019. Narayanan was appointed after Myntra founder Mukesh Bansal moved to a broader role at Flipkart following the platform’s 2014 acquisition.

At the fashion portal, Sinha led several strategic resets, sharpening focus on its core strength of a wide assortment while building a more curated, premium-led proposition to retain its appeal among mass-affluent consumers.
She joined the Flipkart group in 2013 as an associate director, where she built the beauty and personal care categories. She later led multiple segments, including home and furniture, lifestyle accessories and books. Sinha also headed customer acquisition and growth, and went on to lead the team driving the flagship Big Billion Days sales between 2019 and 2022.
