Tata Business Support Services partners with CLUB VA

NEW YORK: Tata Business Support Services Limited has entered into strategic partnership with Ohio-based CLUB VA Enterprise, a social platform, in order to enhance its customer centricity and operational excellence.


According to the MoU, CLUB Vantage Agora's information centric platform will offer a secure enterprise-wide platform that connects Tata Business Support Services (TBSS) employees at real-time across locations, empowers employees; enables and enhances customer centricity and operational excellence, all at the same time.

The Platform makes contextual collaboration, a way-of-life in the organisation enabling employees to work smarter.
