Servion forays into Thailand call centre market
Noting that Asia-Pacific region contributed 25% of its total revenues with the launch of its operations in Thailand, the company hopes to add another 25%.

With this, the Chennai-based company is hopeful that 50 per cent of its revenues would be contributed from the Asia Pacific region, which currently contributes 25 per cent of the total revenue, Servion said in a statement here.
"This move is aimed at establishing a business presence amid high demand for call centre technologies in that market on the back of growing popularity of mobile devices and high Internet penetration", it said.
"With the office in Thailand, we will help organisations to stay focused on their core business; while we take over management of customer interaction processes and add dimensions to cater to the changing landscape", Servion Global Solutions Vice-President (Asia Pacific) Abhijit Banerjee said.
Noting that the Asia-Pacific region contributed 25 per cent of its total revenues, the company said, with the launch of its operations in Thailand, the company hopes to add another 25 per cent.
According to Frost and Sullivan, the call-centre market was expected to become a $1.31 billion industry in the Asia-Pacific region with a CAGR of 10.5 per cent, the statement said.
