Quess hires Zensar infrastructure head Pinaki Kar

BENGALURU: Quess Corp said it has appointed Pinaki Kar as president of its technology solutions business, as part of a strategy to boost its global expansion plans.

Kar joins Quess from mid-sized IT company Zensar, where he headed the company’s IT infrastructure and cloud business. Prior to Zensar, Kar spent 17 years at Wipro.

“Pinaki is a highly accomplished leader in the IT industry. His deep technology expertise and strong professional reputation makes him ideal for this role. We are delighted to welcome Pinaki to Quess, this appointment will strengthen our Executive Management Team and re-enforce our position as a global leader in the technology space,” Subrata Nag, Group CEO of Quess Corp Ltd said in a statement.


Kar will be responsible for the Technology Solutions vertical which operates in India, US, Canada, Singapore. He will lead about 39,000 employees, Quess said.
