Siemens India appoints SAP's Sindhu Gangadharan to its board

Pune: Sindhu Gangadharan, senior vice president and managing director of SAP Labs India and head of SAP User Enablement, has been appointed as an independent director to the Siemens India board.

She has decades of experience in technology and corporate leadership, and will help Siemens accelerate its growth in the region, said the company in a statement.


She also serves on the board of other organisations like US-based Qualtrics, Titan Company and EverLoop by SAP. In 2021, she was also re-elected to the Nasscom Executive Council for the second consecutive term.

She joined SAP 22 years ago and was the first woman to oversee SAP Labs India. As the Managing Director & Sr Vice President of SAP Labs in India, Gangadharan is responsible for product development and innovation at SAP's Research & Development facilities in India. She also has additional responsibilities as the Head of SAP User Enablement, heading a global unit
