Accenture appoints Pradeep Prabhala as India market unit lead

In this role, Prabhala will work with clients in India — a key growth market — to harness data and AI to accelerate growth, boost productivity, and build more agile, future-ready businesses. He will also support global organisations in building GCCs (global capability centres) as engines of innovation, transformation, and resilience — a strategic priority for Accenture internationally.

Prabhala brings more than two decades of experience advising global organisations on growth and enterprise transformation across AI, digital, commercial excellence, supply chain transformation, M&A, and sustainability. Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the consumer sector in India and agriculture across Asia.
Prior to that he spent nearly a decade with Monitor Deloitte, working with clients across geographies to drive growth, expand into new markets, and build new businesses. He began his career at Hindustan Unilever, where he was part of the founding team that established the company's modern trade business in India.
He is also active in the innovation ecosystem as an early-stage investor in AI, enterprise software, and deep-tech companies across India and the United States, and is an incoming Rockefeller Foundation Bellagio Fellow and Salzburg Fellow.
