Realme names Shraddha Kapoor as brand ambassador of smart products

New Delhi: Actor Shraddha Kapoor will endorse phone brand Realme’s smart products including wearables such as smart watches and bands.

The BBK-owned Chinese brand, on Friday, announced Shraddha Kapoor as the Chief Lifestyle Officer for its UNI Smart AIoT product portfolio, who reflects the brand’s ‘Dare to Leap’ philosophy and "Tech Trendsetter" positioning.

“We are thrilled to partner with Shraddha in this exciting journey as her ability to strike a real chord with the masses and undeniable charm will cement realme’s tech trendsetter positioning among the target audience,” said Madhav Sheth, Vice President and CEO of Realme India.


“From audio to wearable products, we will bring more surprises that win over scores of lifestyle and fitness enthusiasts in India,” Seth added.

The company, last month, also appointed actor Salman Khan as its brand ambassador to endorse its smartphones Realme 6 and Realme 6 Pro.

Other popular brands such as Oppo, Vivo and Xiaomi had roped in various celebrities to advertise theirproducts.For example, Oppo signed actors Ranbeer Kapoor, Katrina Kaif andsinger-rapper Badshah to endorse its Reno series.

Aamir Khan is the brandambassador of Vivo and Sara Ali Khan has been advertising the brand’s S series. Redmi, Xiaomi’s sister brand, has roped in actor Ranveer Singh.
