ScoopWhoop backs content commerce platform Hypd
Hypd aims to facilitate the discovery of direct-to-consumer (D2C) products through edutainment-based content.

Founded in 2020 by former Innov8 founding partners Ashwarya Garg and Innov8 executive Akshay Bhatnagar, Hypd aims to facilitate the discovery of direct-to-consumer (D2C) products through edutainment-based content. It also helps influencers make money through its edutainment content.
The startup said that it has worked with brands like TheManCompany, Doodlage, PeeSafe, Fast&Up, Khadi Essentials, and Flatheads during its beta launch.
"While we are helping brands by maximizing returns on their content investments, we are also actively rooting for the creator economy by mapping every sale to a content inspiration and thus a creator’s cut," said Hypd co-founder Akshay Bhatnagar.
The app is currently available as a free download on Google Play Store and has notched up about 20,000 downloads so far.
"We foresee a massive shift towards content-driven shopping and Hypd Store is bridging the gap between discovery and transaction with a focus on creators," said Sattvik Mishra, Co-founder and chief executive at ScoopWhoop Media.
